For the Itqan Teacher and Itqan Guardian apps (Samaa Dev)

How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message to +213 656 90 31 82 titled "Itqan account deletion request".
2. Include the account type (guardian or teacher), your name, your school's name, and send it from the phone number registered on the account (guardians) so we can verify ownership.
3. We confirm receipt and delete the account within 30 days at most, then notify you.

You can also ask your school's administration, which can suspend and delete your account from its dashboard.

What is deleted

Your login account (phone/email, PIN/password), device notification tokens, notification preferences and inbox, and the personal details on the account (name and contact details).

What may be retained

Students' attendance and memorization records are part of the school's educational records and remain with the school, no longer linked to your account; a guardian may ask the school to delete their child's data entirely. Backups are automatically purged within 14 days. Anything we are legally required to keep is retained only for the required period.
